SOLUTIONS
Build an official CN website hosted in mainland China, rather than relying on a CDN server for the EN website, to improve user experience and demonstrate care for prospective students and their families in China.
Set up and maintain an official WeChat account to share updates and news, enabling prospective students to communicate directly with SCAD via WeChat.
Integrate the CN website form with the U.S. CRM through SCRM, capturing and tagging WeChat followers. This creates a smoother application process for Chinese prospective students while ensuring SCAD receives timely, valid applications and valuable data.
