SCAD aimed to establish its digital presence, enhance its influence and brand awareness, and provide prospective students in mainland China with a direct channel for communication with SCAD.

WHAT WE PROPOSED

SOLUTIONS

  • Build an official CN website hosted in mainland China, rather than relying on a CDN server for the EN website, to improve user experience and demonstrate care for prospective students and their families in China.

  • Set up and maintain an official WeChat account to share updates and news, enabling prospective students to communicate directly with SCAD via WeChat.

  • Integrate the CN website form with the U.S. CRM through SCRM, capturing and tagging WeChat followers. This creates a smoother application process for Chinese prospective students while ensuring SCAD receives timely, valid applications and valuable data.
